OHMYPLAY Inc. provides the OHMYPLAY MatchCAM app and connected web scoreboard (collectively, the “Service”) and processes Users’ personal information securely in accordance with applicable law.

This English version is provided for convenience. If there is any inconsistency between the Korean and English versions, the Korean version controls to the extent permitted by applicable law.

1. Purposes and Categories of Personal Information Processed

OHMYPLAY Inc. may process the following information for account and sign-in services, match and camera connections, recording and streaming, service reliability, and customer support:

  • Email address, display name, identifiers provided by sign-in providers such as Google or Apple, and an internal service user ID
  • Tournament ID, gym or tournament account information, and authentication tokens
  • Match session ID, team and player names, sport, score and match progress, and camera connection and pairing information
  • Video and audio recorded or streamed by the User, overlay images, and preview thumbnails used for remote monitoring
  • Device model, operating system, app version, network, battery and storage status, access records, error and crash logs, and support enquiries
  • Feature-usage records used to improve the Service, including match creation, start and completion, camera connection, recording start and save events, and responses to offers concerning free features or ad removal
  • When AI-assisted design is used, the selected sport, base design ID, request text entered by the User, generated result, and daily generation count

Camera video is processed to perform local recording or streaming selected by the User. If remote status monitoring is enabled, preview thumbnails may be stored temporarily on a server.

Feature-usage records do not include email addresses, display names, team or player names, video files, or video file paths. When Scoreboard and MatchCAM are connected across different devices, the flow may be aggregated using the match session ID and internal service user ID.

2. App Permissions

  • Camera: record and stream matches and scan QR codes
  • Microphone: include venue audio in match recordings and streams
  • Photos, video, or device storage: manage recordings and overlay files
  • Internet and network status: sign in, sync scores, stream, and check connections

If a permission is denied, only the related feature may be limited. Permissions can be changed at any time in the device settings.

3. Service Providers and Overseas Processing

To provide the Service, the Company may use Google Firebase for authentication, databases, file storage, server functions, and error analysis; Google Gemini to generate AI-assisted scoreboard designs requested by Users; Supabase for authentication and data processing; Vercel for website hosting; and Google or Apple systems or SDKs for social sign-in. Each provider processes information only to the extent necessary to provide its service. Depending on server location, information may be processed outside the Republic of Korea.

If the User selects an external video-streaming platform or server, video and audio are transmitted to that address and the selected platform’s policy applies.

4. Retention and Deletion

  • Account information is retained until the account is deleted.
  • Match, score, and connection information is retained for the period necessary to provide the Service and is deleted when deletion is requested or the processing purpose is fulfilled.
  • Local recordings are stored on the User’s device and managed by the User.
  • Error logs and backup data are retained for a limited period necessary for security, incident response, and recovery, and are then deleted.
  • Information subject to a statutory retention obligation or reasonably required for dispute handling is stored separately for the minimum necessary scope and period.

5. Your Rights and Account Deletion

You may request access to, correction or deletion of, or restriction of processing of your personal information. After signing in to OMP Scoreboard or MatchCAM, you can use the in-app account-deletion feature. If you cannot sign in, please request support through the account-deletion page.

6. Security Measures

The Company applies technical and administrative safeguards appropriate to the protection of personal information, including encryption in transit, secure storage of authentication information, least-privilege access controls, and log monitoring.

7. Optional Advertising and Privacy Choices

Advertising notice updated September 11, 2026 · ads-privacy-2026-09-11-v1

Versions of MatchCAM with advertising enabled may show Google AdMob banners on eligible personal Free screens and optional rewarded ads when saving edited highlights. Ads are not placed on the recording or live camera view or in the video being recorded or streamed. Pro users are not shown these ads. This notice also describes staged features; publishing it does not itself enable ads in your version.

Information processed by the advertising SDK

When advertising or privacy-choice functions are used, Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK) and Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) may process information according to your region, consent, device permissions and SDK configuration:

  • IP address and an approximate location inferred from it
  • Device, operating-system and app information; device or app identifiers, including an advertising identifier when available and permitted
  • Ad requests, impressions, taps, video views and other ad interactions; performance, diagnostic and fraud-prevention information
  • Privacy-choice status and signals stored on or read from your device to apply those choices

These data support ad delivery, frequency control, measurement, service reliability, fraud prevention and privacy-choice management. The current MatchCAM implementation requests non-personalized ads. Non-personalized does not mean anonymous, free of device storage, or exempt from consent requirements. Google and the advertising providers shown in the applicable consent options may process data outside your country under their policies. Provider identities, purposes and available choices are shown in the consent form.

MatchCAM does not intentionally pass your recorded video, microphone audio, photos, team or player names, match scores, email address or MatchCAM sign-in user ID to AdMob as advertising data. This does not prevent the SDK from collecting the technical data described above. AdMob does not receive camera or microphone permission to analyze your match from MatchCAM’s ad integration.

Your choice is separate from account access

Accepting the account terms or privacy notice, signing in, or tapping “Watch ad & save” is not consent to personalized advertising or device tracking. Where required, UMP provides separate choices before an ad request is permitted. You can refuse consent, manage the available purposes and providers, or later change or withdraw your choices. Refusing does not remove account, scoring, recording or streaming access; ads may be limited or unavailable. A consent-form error does not count as consent.

In an ad-enabled version, use “Ad privacy settings” on the personal screens or in a replay’s information menu (…). The options offered depend on your region and the published message. These controls are not shown while the camera is active; exit the camera first. You can also manage advertising identifiers or tracking permissions in your device’s privacy settings. The Google European-consent form may be displayed in English when your language is unsupported; this notice is available in Korean and English. Ad preferences are separate from Google/Apple sign-in and MatchCAM Pro subscriptions.

Rewarded highlights and local records

Rewarded viewing is optional. The offer explains the reward before an ad starts: completing one rewarded viewing grants one edited highlight save, not money or Pro access. Skipping does not earn a reward, and does not delete the source recording. The current rollout permits saving without an ad if an ad cannot be supplied or consent is unavailable. Saving starts after the ad is dismissed. If saving fails, an earned local credit is kept for retry where device storage remains available.

To apply the daily free save and avoid spending a reward twice, the app keeps the used free-save date and reward-credit records in the signed-in account’s local library. These are device-local, not a cross-device advertising profile, and are not uploaded to an ad reward server by this feature. They remain until the relevant app data is removed; the in-app account-deletion flow removes that account’s local library on the device. Copies already saved to Photos are managed separately by you. Google’s own ad records follow its retention and privacy policies; changing a consent choice does not automatically delete all previously processed information.

For questions or access/deletion requests, contact info@ohmyplay.com or use the account-deletion guide below. Google’s policies explain its processing, overseas handling, retention and user controls.
